Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

If you believe that any content on our platform is illegal under EU or national law, you can submit a report:

• Click the "Report this company" link on any business storefront
• Select the type of illegal content
• Explain why you believe the content is illegal
• Select the EU member state whose law you believe is being violated

No account is required. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled according to our content moderation policy.

When we take a moderation decision that restricts or removes content, we provide the affected business with a statement of reasons that includes:

• The decision taken and its effects
• The grounds for the decision (T&C violation or illegal content)
• The territorial scope of the restriction
• The duration of the restriction
• Whether automated means were used

The statement of reasons is delivered via in-app notification to the business owner.

Cronos Nexus qualifies as a microenterprise under Article 19 of the DSA (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover ≤ €2M). This exempts us from certain obligations under Section 4 of the DSA, including:

• Internal complaints-handling system (Art. 20)
• Trusted flaggers (Art. 22)
• Advertising transparency (Art. 24)
• Recommendation system transparency (Art. 27)

These obligations become applicable if Cronos Nexus grows past the microenterprise threshold.
